CHICAGO (Dec. 5, 2019) – Major League Soccer today announced the home openers for each team for its 25th season. On opening weekend, Chicago Fire FC will travel to face the 2019 MLS Cup champions Seattle Sounders FC in their home opener at CenturyLink Field on Sunday, March 1. The match against Seattle is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. CT
One week later, the Fire will travel to face the New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, March 7. The Revolution’s 2020 home opener against the Fire is scheduled to kickoff at 12:30 p.
