CHICAGO (Feb. 20, 2020) – Chicago Fire FC announced today that the Club has acquired Serbian midfielder Luka Stojanoviu0107 via transfer from Serbian Superliga club FK u010cukariu010dki. Stojanoviu0107 will be added to the Fire’s roster pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and P1 Visa. He is under contract with the Fire through the 2021 season with a Club option for the 2022 season.
“Luka is a highly intelligent player with experience from competitive leagues in Europe,” said Chicago Fire FC Head Coach Raphael Wicky. “In addition, he is a very versatile player who can create and score goals for the team.
