CHICAGO (May 3, 2021) – The Chicago Fire FC Academy U-15, U-17 and U-19 squads traveled to Minnesota to face Shattuck-St. Mary’s on Saturday, May 1, while the U-13 and U-14 teams traveled to Michigan to face the Michigan Jaguars on Sunday, May 2. The teams came home with four wins and one draw in MLS Next play.
The U-15 Fire Academy team kicked off the weekend on Saturday with a 3-0 win against Shattuck-St. Mary’s, with goals from Kamden Held (unassisted), Michael Ramírez and Kevin Contreras. Gabriel Antunez assisted both Ramírez’s and Contreras’ goals.
