On the one hand, this could’ve gone much worse for the Fire. OTOH, they were vulnerable and the home team really should’ve gotten something out of this. The Fire just don’t have their shit together.
We’re giving our MOTM nod to Richard Sanchez. We’ve given him a lot of guff this season, but he had a good game and pulled off some good saves. He helped keep the game close, which might be the best this team could’ve hoped for today.
