TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate is stubborn.
So much so, that he’s even stubborn about the fact that he’s stubborn.
He’ll argue into an almost-defense attorney mode that he’s not stubborn. And he would like to know who’s spreading these kinds of lies that he is. Because it’s not true, and he has at least four examples of why not. And as a result of these rumors, he’ll spend the next 20 minutes standing his ground to convince you of that exact fact.
“It could be anything with Khalil,” co-offensive coordinator Calvin Magee said.
