Last month, I wrote about a proposal for security bollards around Wrigley Field that was introduced in the Chicago City Council, and that this was one of the things Major League Baseball had asked for before the Cubs and Wrigley would be awarded an All-Star Game. There was a report that the 2027 ASG had already been awarded to the Cubs:
