1. Was this great pitching or poor hitting?
Most of this game did not lend itself to second-guessing. After a Rockies run in the first, Lester and the bullpen (and leftover starting pitchers) shut them down. About the only real question to debate is if Maddon ought to have pinch-run Gore for Rizzo in the eighth, but, it worked out when a stolen base and a Baez double resulted in the Cubs' run.
