With the Cubs holding a tight 3-2 lead in the seventh, Kris Bryant stepped to the plate looking to add some insurance with Addison Russell on first base. Kris promptly hit his ninth home run of the season into the bullpen in left field, giving the Cubs a 5-2 lead late.
