Cubs, Brewers, and Cardinals all lose so the day is a big fat push. There was more fog at Wrigley than I had ever seen before in a day game. It was hard to see the batter from the center field camera. I don’t believe there were any fog related mishaps, but I mowed the grass during the later innings and was only listening to the loss.
Things I would have done differently (certainly easy to say in hindsight but would have said before the situations happened as well):
- Not batted Javier Baez at lead-off.
