There aren’t too many professional baseball players who have caused such a divide amongst fans, reporters, and analysts, in regard to whether he should have remained a Chicago Cub, as Starlin DeJesus Castro. A few nights ago, as I feverishly scrolled through my Twitter timeline for Cubs news from the Winter Meetings in Nashville, TN, I read the first tweet about possible trade details involving Castro and New York Yankees RH pitcher, Adam Warren. I’ve been a staunch supporter of Castro for quite some time. I’ve also seen his name bantered about in the trade debate especially when he suffered a major offensive setback in 2013.
