Now we have some fun. These games should be managed like spring-training games; though three regular members of the rotation are scheduled to start, it’s not likely any of them will throw more than four or five innings. So we could see quite a bit of Mike Montgomery and even possibly Jen-Ho Tseng in this series.
I’d expect many of the regular starting position players to get some rest in this series.
With the shoulder injury to Albert Almora Jr. on Tuesday, it would be nice to see him play a game or two in this series just as a tune-up for the postseason.
