I’m not sure how Jeff Passan seems to get all the best intel, but he has been a great and accurate source of knowledge for most of this baseball shutdown. So when he wrote a post this week about how baseball would, without a doubt, return in 2020, I think many people felt a glimmer of hope.
There are many when, where, and how questions about the return of the game, as well as a lot of questions about how it will look, but for right now I’m happy just to bask in the positive glow that we are most likely going to see baseball (at least on TV) this year.
