There has been no love lost between Jeremiah Estrada and the Chicago Cubs in recent years. A former sixth-round pick of the Cubs in 2017, Estrada made his Major League debut with the Cubs in 2022 and served as an up-and-down arm for the team over the first two years of his career. Estrada was unceremoniously designated for assignment by the Cubs in 2023, and since then, he hasn't been shy about taking out his emotions against his former team. It was the Cubs, however, that got the last laugh in Game 1 of the National League Wild Card series against Estrada's Padres.
