Joe: I thought this interview was with Jesse Rogers.
Me: I am Jesse Rogers.
Joe: But you don’t look anything like Jesse Rogers.
Me: I’m what is known as a “shape-shifter.”
Joe: Oh, okay. (He settles back into his chair, accepting THAT answer a lot more easily than I’d expected, which, quite frankly, was a little bit disconcerting.)
Me: So, Joe. This is probably it.
Joe: This is definitely it. I know an interview when I see one.
