Although it fell short of the lofty expectations Chicago Cubs fans had for Jed Hoyer and the North Siders, this week's trade deadline was pure chaos. It seems like when that's the case, there's always a handful of former Cubs who factor into the deals and this year was no different.
We're not talking about the minor leaguers the Cubs traded to bring in Michael Soroka, Willi Castro, Andrew Kittredge and Taylor Rogers. Instead, we're focusing on guys who had a previous stint in the organization - and wound up traded ahead of Thursday's 5p CT deadline.
