CLEVELAND -- At 2:22 a.m. on Wednesday morning, a bartender at the Victory Alley bar adjacent to Progressive Field turned on some walking-out music on the jukebox.
She played Ray Parker Jr.’s “Ghostbusters” theme and as I turned my head, I saw Peter Venkman himself, Bill Murray, getting walked to a waiting cab by former Blackhawks star Chris Chelios.
Murray, America's Cubs fan, was dazed and happy as he high-fived his brethren on his way out the door.
I wondered, did he ever think he’d live to see this day? Did any of us?
