It’s a group of guys in ‘High-A’ ball or better that know how to play, according to scouts. But let us be clear. They haven’t made it yet. That’s why there at the bottom of the Top 30. But Eloy Jimenez, Dylan Cease and a few other guys made it to the top. Who else will make it?
