Iowa Cubs
The Iowa Cubs were tarred and feathered by the Toledo Mud Hens (Tigers), 7-3.
Connor Noland got the start and lasted 5.1 innings, allowing three runs on seven hits. He walked three and struck out three.
Trevor Miller came on to pitch the eighth inning in a rehab assignment and it did not go well. He retired the first batter, but the next five batters all reached before Miller exited. I wasn’t watching this game at this time, but it appears Miller suffered a setback in his recovery.
