Even with the influx of talent, thanks to the 2025 MLB Draft, the Cubs' farm system is headed in the wrong direction in the latest minor-league power rankings.
Bleacher Report was one of the first outlets to update their farm system rankings following the draft, and the Cubs landed at No. 16. Previously, the Cubs were at No. 12. which, again, speaks to the graduations the Cubs have had at the Major League level.
