MLB Trade Rumors had Zach Davies’ signing range between $6.3 million and $10.6 million, so this is right around the midpoint.
With this signing and the others reported Friday, just one arb-eligible Cub remains unsigned: Ian Happ. I’ll post info about Happ if and when it’s available.
