MILWAUKEE — Yellow and Blue streamers fell from the ceiling, and the Brewers stormed the field. A line of Cubs players looked on silently from the visitor’s dugout at American Family Field.
Their postseason run had just ended with a 3-1 loss to the Brewers on Saturday in Game 5 of the National League Division Series.
