Mallory and Dansby Swanson are expecting their first child together, according to a joint Instagram post Wednesday.
The Chicago Stars FC forward and Chicago Cubs shortstop posted a series of pictures together holding ultrasound photos. Mallory added the caption: “Our greatest blessing.”
Mallory Swanson has been out all season, after the Stars announced in January that she would miss time in training camp for personal reasons.
Mallory and Dansby Swanson were married in December 2022, shortly before Dansby signed with the Cubs.
