Chicago Cubs Score and Recap (9/24/25): Cubs 10, Mets 3 – Offense Reaches Double Digits to Break Losing Streak

The Cubs jumped out to a big early lead for a second consecutive game against the Mets Wednesday night at Wrigley Field. Unlike Tuesday, Chicago continued to score in the late innings and won rather easily to snap their five-game losing streak.

The North Siders really got to young starter Jonah Tong in the 3rd inning when they scored five runs. Ian Happ hit a two-run double right down the right field line to get his team on the board. Moisés Ballesteros singled and Seiya Suzuki had a double of his own to make it 4-0.
