The Cubs and the Tigers met in the second game of the series at Comerica Park on Saturday afternoon. Chicago crushed five home runs and went on to even the series.

Seiya Suzuki got things going for the North Siders with a solo shot against opener Tyler Holton in the top of the 1st inning. Jameson Taillon was sharp early and kept Detroit off the scoreboard through the first four frames Saturday.

Michael Busch jumped on a first-pitch hanging slider from Keider Montero for a two-run homer to give the Cubs a 3-0 lead in the 5th.
