Starter Adrian Sampson allowed three runs on six hits over 4.2 innings. Sampson walked four, hit one batter and struck out three.
Jake Jewell faced four batters in relief of Sampson and struck out three of them. The other hit a grounder back to the mound for an out.
The win went to Ben Leeper, who pitched the ninth and tenth innings. Leeper gave up one hit and no runs over his two innings. Leeper struck out four and walked one.
