The big news today is that the Cubs and Eugene Emeralds have renewed their player development contract for four more years, carrying the affiliation through the 2022 season. The Cubs current stay in Eugene started in 2015 and in 2016, the Ems won their first outright Northwest League title since 1975.
With that, only the Double-A Tennessee Smokies do not have an agreement with the Cubs for the 2019 season. I would be very surprised if an announcement of an agreement between the Cubs and Smokies does not happen sometime before the end of the season
