Well folks, here we are at game 162. There’s no question that it’s been a disappointing season, but the Cubs do still have the potential to play a role in the crowning of the National League Central winner. Of course, that’s if the Milwaukee Brewers can manage to win a game in Colorado, something that’s eluded them the past two games. Funny, there were rumblings about whether the Cubs would play a ‘B’ lineup, something the Brewers would have likely been bent out of shape about because, you know, they were planning to win at least one game against the Rockies.
