The Cubs are done with their Cactus League slate but still have two games remaining against the Cardinals, who have traveled cross-country from Jupiter, FL in advance of their opening series against the Dodgers. The roster has been set, so now it’s a matter of giving everyone a final tuneup.
Cubs finalize roster:
IF Nick Madrigal and IF Miles Mastrobuoni fill out the bench
LHP Luke Little and RHP José Cuas get the final bullpen spots
OF Alexander Canario and RHP Hayden Wesneski optioned to Triple A; Wesneski will stretch out as starter

Jordan Wicks has already been named to the starting rotation and he’ll get the ball for the Cubs’ third game against the Rangers on Sunday.
