He’s well-spoken and keeps it real. He’s kind and thoughtful. In his first media appearance after an eventful offseason, Bryant spoke eloquently to Chicago media for over 30 minutes candidly opening up about everything from trade rumors, to his much publicized service-time grievance and the Houston Astros cheating scandal.
He said a lot in that time because a lot happened this offseason. But by the end of those 30+ minutes, the biggest takeaway of them all is that Bryant is ready to put all of the drama of the offseason behind him and just play baseball.
