Just as a reminder, to be eligible for this list, you need to still have rookie eligibility, which means 130 or fewer at bats or 50 or fewer innings pitched. In the past, I’ve ignored the third requirement of 45 days or fewer on the active roster because it’s too difficult to quickly determine. But I added it this year because otherwise Porter Hodge would be eligible and I don’t think anyone still thinks of Hodge as a prospect.
