Scottie Pippen's son commits to play college basketball at Vanderbilt

Scotty Pippen Jr. is headed to Tennessee.

Pippen Jr., the son of Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, committed to play college basketball at Vanderbilt on Friday night.

A 6-foot-1 guard, Pippen Jr. is a class of 2019 recruit from California. He is a four-star recruit, according to ESPN; 247 Sports lists him as a three-star recruit.

Pippen Jr. committed to Vanderbilt over San Francisco, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, Colorado State and Washington State.

Scottie congratulated his son on Twitter shortly after the announcement was made.
