The worst kept secret in Chicago appears to be a smooth landing away from becoming a reality.
According to ESPN's Jeff Goodman, Fred Hoiberg has already informed Iowa State that he will be accepting the head coaching job with the Bulls.
Fred Hoiberg now on a plane to Chicago and source told ESPN he has already informed several staff members and players he is gone to Bulls.

Hoiberg, who is rumored to have a five-year deal to become the 22nd head coach in Bulls franchise history, boarded a private plane from Ames bound for Chicago on Monday afternoon.
