At this point of the regular season, the Chicago Bulls have a lot of blame to go around. But a lot of it would have to fall on the shoulders of the front office, with John Paxson and Gar Forman, along with head coach Jim Boylen. Through 10 games, the Bulls are off to a 3-7 start during the 2019-20 regular season.
This was supposed to be a season where the Bulls were able to make a leap toward true playoff contender status in the Eastern Conference. But the Bulls are starting to fall to the point in the standings in the East that they were at last season.
