If you were calculating in your head how or when the Chicago Bulls would attempt to clear up their point guard congestion heading into the 2017-18 season, Tuesday brought a start to that with some news on Michael Carter-Williams.
In a radio spot for ESPN 1000 in Chicago before the introductory press conference of the three newest Bulls, VP of basketball operations John Paxson said that Carter-Williams would not be submitted a qualifying offer and will become an unrestricted free agent on July 1 when free agency officially opens.
So, the Bulls lost another trade is basically what’s happening here?
