This Wednesday's quarterback shuffle has resulted in the Browns again carrying a different quarterback depth chart than they had a week ago as they began on-field preparations for the Sunday game vs. the Titans.
As expected, Hue Jackson informed the quarterbacks Wednesday morning that DeShone Kizer was being reinserted as the starter. Kizer had been benched a week ago after multiple weeks of struggles, but Kevin Hogan threw three interceptions in the loss last week at Houston.
Hogan will be No. 3 and presumably inactive this week. Jackson said Cody Kessler will be promoted to No. 2 due to a rib injury Hogan suffered in last week's game.
