The Basketball Tournament as it is so well known started its action in Round 3 on July 21. TBT is entering its sixth year of competing for a bag worth $2 million for the grand prize winner among the 64 teams. In this exciting event that featured more than 60 former NBA players across the board, there was one former well-recognized Chicago Bulls guard that was competing. For Team Arkansas (made up of a group of alumni from the Arkansas Razorbacks), former Bulls guard Ronnie Brewer was the big name on the roster.
The interesting part was that he didn’t get any playing time in Team Arkansas’ Round 3 loss by a 16-point margin at the hands of six-seeded Louisiana United on July 19.
