Chicago Bulls: What re-signing of Shaquille Harrison means

With all the new additions to the Chicago Bulls roster heading into the 2019-2020 season, among the familiar faces will be Shaquille Harrison.

The defensive specialist has agreed to a one-year deal with the Bulls. Contract details have not been disclosed any further.

The Bulls originally claimed Harrison off of waivers last year. About that time, he had fallen out of favor with the Phoenix Suns.

Harrison averaged 6.5 points, 3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 73 games with the Bulls during the 2018-2019 regular season.

With the re-signing of Harrison, the Bulls’ roster is over the maximum with 16 players under contract.
