Chicago Bulls (16-20) vs. Toronto Raptors (17-20)
Are the Chicago Bulls broken?
Fresh off an encouraging first half of the season, the Bulls have come out of the All-Star Break and dropped two straight in ugly fashion.
Sure, the Miami Heat were probably sleeping giants for most of the season and there isn’t a lot of shame in losing to them. For much of the first half of the season, they hung out in the bottom third of the crappy Eastern Conference. Now they are 20-18 and have the fourth-best record in the conference.
