Chicago Bulls: Rookies impress in first preseason game

In the Chicago Bulls first preseason matchup they played a Milwaukee Bucks team minus its stars. Coach Jim Boylen was able to give both Coby White and Daniel Gafford significant time. In a 122 – 112 loss to the Bucks they both impressed and put their name forward for minutes in the regular season.

Coby White

12 points – three of ten shooting

White’s speed and aggression was obvious on both ends, defensively he had some excellent moments. He moved his feet and was aggressive in pursuing opposing guards. Though White doesn’t have the massive wing span of some other guards, he used his size well and got in front of his opponents.
