One of the biggest moves that the Chicago Bulls made since the beginning of the 2019 calendar year was pulling off a trade deal with the Washington Wizards to land veteran small forward Otto Porter Jr. At the 2019 trade deadline, the Bulls pulled off a deal to send two young power forwards, Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker, to the Wizards for that aforementioned return of Porter Jr.
This seemed like a good deal for the Bulls at the time, but OPJ hasn’t turned up much progress since he landed in the Windy City.
