Right now, the Chicago Bulls are trusting that one of Wendell Carter Jr., Lauri Markkanen, and Zach LaVine to transition into a superstar, needing at least one to be a good ‘B’ option. Coby White, still something of an unknown because he’s played zero NBA minutes, could easily find himself approaching that list.
While playing prospects does tend to yield good results in the Association, at some point this team has to add a bigger leading presence.
With the changing of the guard that occurred this offseason, there’s now a shortlist of superstar candidates left to be the next ‘unhappy’ guy.
