Chicago Bulls: Frontcourt impresses in Boylen’s first game

The Chicago Bulls didn’t get in the win column in their first game under new head coach Jim Boylen on Tuesday night against their longtime rival the Indiana Pacers, but in the 96-90 loss, they showed that they’re headed down a road reliant on big men.

The Bulls were led by Lauri Markkanen, who had a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds in just his second game of the season. He was one of six Bulls with double digits in scoring and was the alpha dog in a Bulls attack that was led by the frontcourt.
