In all likelihood, the Chicago Bulls will end up in the draft lottery once again in 2020. Depending on the format of the league for the remainder of the season (if the season comes back), there’s a chance the Bulls could do something weird and find themselves outside of the lottery, but that’s highly unlikely.
If the Bulls end up in the lottery again, it’ll be another critical draft for the franchise. The fans are growing tired of rebuilding and flopping on a lottery pick would only further their frustration. That’s why choosing who not to draft can be equally as important as choosing who to draft.
