The Chicago Bulls are in the very unique position this offseason in the Central Division of having a potent roster, new look front office regime, new coaching staff and scouting department, while not having a clear direction as of yet. We won’t really know where the Bulls are truly steering this ship heading into the fourth year of the rebuild until they start altering the roster construction.
And the Bulls can’t really start altering the roster construction until the next cycle of free agency and the 2020 NBA Draft takes place. It’s hard to tell exactly when the next cycle of free agency will start as the NBA continues to kick the can down the road with the new CBA.
