The Chicago Bulls had a solid go at it in the first round of yet another NBA Draft. The difference between what the Bulls did in the 2019 NBA Draft and in the two years previous was the second round. Since the Bulls got the seventh overall pick in the lottery for the third straight year in the draft, it’s pretty remarkable that Gar Forman and John Paxson did so well given the other dysfunction within the organization.
