Now that the Chicago Bulls are 26 games into the 2019-20 regular season, the fans are starting to get more clarity as to how the rebuild could actually go in its third year. While the Bulls managed to come out of a decisive Dec. 11 showdown against the Atlanta Hawks at home at the United Center with a win, it was in front of a more empty arena than usual.
It seems like the fans are finally starting to feel the frustrations that followers of the New York Knicks, Sacramento Kings, etc. did for so long.
