With a lack of overall changes made to the roster construction for the Chicago Bulls this offeason, there are bound to be familiar faces that disappoint.
The outlook for the Chicago Bulls heading into the 2020-21 preseason, and regular season, does look to be a bit brighter thanks to a number of changes made within the organization. Management shifted the look within the Bulls organization from the front office, all the way down to the coaching staff.
A major question mark, though, is how the Bulls will do given the lack of adjustment to the roster construction heading into the preseason.
