Most of the thoughts that Chicago Bulls will have when it comes to the 2020 NBA Draft is going to be the team’s placement in the lottery and what the new look front office plans to do with that lottery pick. Another hope has to be that the Bulls wind up doing better in the draft lottery than landing the seventh overall pick for the fourth straight year.
This year, the Bulls ultimate decision maker is going to be the former Denver Nuggets general manager Arturas Karnisovas. Taking over for John Paxson as the next lead voice in the front office, Karnisovas’ official title with the Bulls organization will be the executive vice president of basketball operations.
