It seems like a big mistake, as it stands now, for John Paxson and Gar Forman of the Chicago Bulls to give head coach Jim Boylen a full title with a three-year contract extension over the offseason. John Paxson and Gar Forman might still be happy with their decision just nine games into the regular season.
After landing that contract extension during the offseason, Boylen and the Bulls at least looked to prove they could come out of the gates hot. But that didn’t prove to be true after the Bulls won just two of their first eight games of the regular season.
