The Bulls have narrowed down the name for their D-League affiliate to three options, as announced Thursday:
—Great Lakes Bulls
—Heartland Bulls
—Windy City Bulls
The Bulls announced their new D-League franchise in Hoffman Estates, Ill., in early November and subsequently held a contest for fans to come up with the team's name. The only caveat was the name had to end in "Bulls."

There were reportedly more than 3,600 suggestions thrown into the hat.
